Dock Village

Located at Dock Woods, this rental-assistance apartment complex serves families or individuals of any age whose income level meets HUD subsidy requirements. It includes 10 one-bedroom and 80 two-bedroom apartments and 10 three-bedroom townhouses. Five apartments are designed to accommodate persons with physical disabilities.

Included in Dock Village is a Community Building which contains a meeting room, laundromat, and computer lab. Play areas are also provided within the 16 1/2 acre complex. Schools, churches and recreational facilities are easily accessible.

Dock Manor

Dock Manor offers comfortable, subsidized housing for seniors who qualify for rental assistance through HUD. Accommodations consist of 100 apartments arranged in a two-story building. Residents are free to avail themselves of the many on-site conveniences, including a game room, community room, library, and beauty salon.

Dock Manor is a part of the main Dock Woods building, so convenient access is available to all the amenities at Dock Woods. Residents enjoy attending chapel or visiting the cafe or Acorn Shop without stepping outside in inclement weather.
