OVERVIEW OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Living Branches is pleased to have a dedicated, tenured, and capable group of leaders.

A seven-member Executive Leadership Team is comprised of the President/CEO, two campus Executive Directors and four Shared Services Directors (Chief Financial and Technology Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer, and Chief Officer for Integration and Special Projects).

Campus Leadership Teams represent key members from each level of care and other departmental staff. Many of the organization’s leaders were employed with Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods prior to the establishment of Living Branches.
